Work with Me

Expanding What’s Possible by Exploring the Depths

It is often in those deeper layers &
dark places that we find
our most authentic truths &
greatest creative potential

True and sustainable change is an inside out process. Deep, transformative, enlightening and inspirational wisdom often comes from the margins.

Not only from people or groups who’ve been marginalized or experience themselves as outsiders, but also from the marginalized parts and experiences – the outliers – within ourselves.

I work as a facilitator and guide for individuals & couples as well as provide supervision for therapists, facilitators, coaches & counselors.

It is important to me to create spaces where we can have conversations about things that can be hard to look at or talk about. My approach is both sex and death-positive. I welcome all races, cultures, tribes and ethnicities, sexual orientations and gender identities, relationship constellations, and (consensual) sexual practices.

My Approach

While I’m eclectic in my approach, my main methodology is Process-Oriented Facilitation, as founded by Dr. Arnold Mindell. Process Work, as it is often abbreviated, is a holistic awareness-based approach that doesn’t just focus on the content of experiences but also on the underlying processes and patterns, especially on that which is in the margins of our awareness and identity.

It is based on the philosophy that there is an inherent meaning in experiences that trouble or disturb us. In that context, all experiences are seen as potentially useful: there is intelligence and creativity embedded in our problems, symptoms and conflicts.

The emphasis is on developing awareness of this inherent wisdom and unique direction and how to integrate it into our everyday lives.

"Process Work investigates our known world and opens up to the unknown, the mysterious and inexplicable elements of life that are the potential seeds of new life and creativity. It is about exploring aspects of ourselves and our world, which we tend to ignore or throw away. In this way, life becomes a continually evolving, creative, unpredictable and numinous experience."
